Our Disciple Making Process
We have an intentional process for disciple making. Spiritual growth does not come from doing more. It comes from doing less and from atmospheres that are life changing. Life change happens by being intentional.
“Where everybody belongs!”
We will be a church that is interested in reaching everyone because God loves everyone.
“Encouraging everyone to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.”
We will be a church that rises to the challenge of spiritual growth over spiritual mediocrity.
We will be a church where spiritual growth is found in measurable ways that challenge us while not being legalistic.
Worship – Gospel – Calling
We will be a church where worship is biblical, prayerful, vibrant and sacred (Ps 100, Ps 149:1, Ps 150, John 4:23-24, Acts 1:12-14, 2:47, Eph 5:19, Rev 5:9).
We will be a church where the gospel is the primary message (1 Cor 15:3-4, 1 Cor 9:16, Rom 1:16, Gal 1:6).
We will be a church where people are encouraged to live with God’s call and purpose (Acts 13:36).
Community – Teaching – Growth
We will be a church where small group community is expected (Acts 2:42, Ecc 4:9-12).
We will be a church where teaching biblical content is taken seriously (Acts 2:42, 2 Tim 2:15, 2 Tim 4:2, 1 Tim 4:13).
We will be a church that expects disciples to grow in spiritual maturity (Matt 4:19, 2 Tim 2:2).
"Engage the World"
Send – Serve – Share
We will be a church that sends disciples into the world to make disciples (Matt 28:19).
We will be a church that expects disciples to serve each other and the world (Mark 10:45, Eph 4:12).
We will be a church that shares the gospel in demonstration and proclamation (Acts 3).
